Biscotti is one of the heavier cuts in the Cookies family, named for its dessert-leaning nose: sweet cookie dough and a touch of sugar up front, with a savory gas and a faint coffee note sitting underneath. The flower tends to come dense and dark, often carrying deep purple through the bud under a heavy frost of trichomes.

On the palate it reads sweet and creamy first, then the gas and a peppery, almost coffee-like finish come through. Most batches land on the indica-leaning side, heavy and slow rather than racy, which is why it tends to show up as an evening pick in rotation.
