You can purchase your Limited Best in Grass Judge Kit at Hashery starting July 26. Quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each kit includes curated cannabis products for judging, along with rewards for completing your evaluations. If you want to take part in the Best in Grass NJ competition, be sure to grab your kit early, they won’t last long.
Best in Grass (BiG) is New Jersey’s consumer-judged cannabis competition, where real customers decide which licensed products are the best in the state. Hashery is an exclusive retail partner, offering Judge Kits starting Saturday, July 26. You’ll sample products, submit your scores, and see the winners crowned at the live Awards Show in October.
  1. Buy a Judge Kit at Hashery on July 26 (first come, first served).
  2. Scan the QR code or visit bestingrass.app/judge, enter your access code, and create an account.
  3. Use the same email as your Hashery rewards account to ensure eligibility.
  4. Complete all product surveys with authentic feedback by Sunday, September 28 to earn your 20% store credit and free Awards Show entry.

By completing all surveys in your kit:

  • You’ll receive 20% store credit (based on the pre-tax price of your kit).
  • Free entry to the Best in Grass Awards Show in October.
  • Access to a unique experience where your voice shapes the winners of NJ’s cannabis scene.

Note: Store credit is valid only at the Hashery location where you purchased your kit and must be used within 60 days after the Awards Show.

The NJ 2025 kits will include products from categories such as:

Yes! Winners of Best in Grass NJ 2025 will be announced during a live, in-person Awards Show in October (exact date TBA). Judges who complete their surveys receive free access to celebrate with brands, industry insiders, and the community.

One kit per category per customer (limited supply).

  • Surveys must be completed honestly and in full to qualify for credit.
  • Judging closes September 28.
  • Store credit is available the day after the Awards Show and valid for 60 days.
  • Simply return to Hashery, provide your email, and the credit will be applied to your next purchase.
Judge Kits are available while supplies last and limited to one kit per category per person. All surveys must be completed with authentic feedback by Sunday, September 28 to qualify for rewards. Store credit equals 20% of the pre-tax kit price, is valid only at the Hashery location where the kit was purchased, and must be used within 60 days after the Awards Show. Simply return with your email to redeem your credit.
